By using Sky Digi Craft’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide SEO, web design, Facebook & Google advertising, graphic design, and content marketing services as specified in our service agreements.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and materials promptly

  • Review and approve work within agreed timeframes

  • Make payments on time

  • Comply with platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment as per service agreement

  • 2% monthly charge on late payments

  • 7-day refund policy (subject to work completed)

  • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

 

4. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client response times. We’ll communicate any significant changes.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of provided materials

  • Work created for you becomes your property upon full payment

  • We retain rights to general knowledge and non-confidential techniques

 

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your business information, login credentials, and campaign data.

 

7. Limitations

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid. We’re not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform changes (Google/Facebook algorithms)

  • Market conditions affecting performance

  • Technical issues beyond our control

 

8. Performance Expectations

  • SEO: Results typically visible in 3-6 months, no rankings guaranteed

  • Advertising: Performance varies with market conditions

  • We optimize for best possible results within your budget

 

9. Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments become due immediately upon termination.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, then mediation if needed. Indian law governs these terms.

 

11. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, platform outages).

 

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated. Continued use of services means acceptance of new terms.
